Have you ever wanted to grow your own mushrooms. Pick them cook them and eat with out ever leaving your kitchen knowing exactly where they came from and what they are grown on!
We use no chemicals the the process the hydrated lime is used to rase the pH value of the substrate to 14! this makes it a hostile environment that the mycelium thrives in!
Once it is spent the substrate is almost neutral (pH 7) and safe to add to your compost or garden.
