1. Delivery standards

1.1 Dispatch 

A.T. Mushrooms will endeavour to dispatch an order within 1-2 business days of receiving that order.

1.2 Delivery 

A.T. Mushrooms uses a few different delivery services, the carriage of articles by, the options will be provided to you at check out.

1.3 Delivery Timeframes

Standard Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia): are generally 3-10 business days from order dispatch.

Express Domestic Delivery Timeframes (within Australia): are generally 1-3 business days depending on your location.

International

Delivery Timeframes Standard:

 New Zealand: Are generally 3-6 Business days depending on your location.

 USA: Generally 5-9 Business days Between Major Metro Area's

Express international:

New Zealand: Are generally 2-5 Business days depending on your location.

 USA: Generally 3-6 Business days Between Major Metro Area's

1.4 Other important factors impacting dispatch and delivery

Due to varying factors in production, if your item is delayed A.T. Mushrooms will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details that You have provided.

A.T. Mushrooms will endeavour to dispatch your order in a timely manner but can not guarantee the delivery time, as this is outside of our control, be mindful that during increased demand (i.e., pandemic, peak celebration, and holiday periods) there may be delay.

 

2. Incorrect details supplied

2.1 We will endeavour to fulfil your order within the time specified in the Delivery Standards, except: where an incorrect or incomplete delivery address has been provided; when incorrect payment details, including credit card details, are supplied; where correct credit card details are supplied but funds are not approved; where we believe the order to be fraudulent; or where cleared funds through your nominated payment method have not been received.

2.2 In the event that you supply incorrect payment or delivery details, A.T. Mushrooms will take all reasonable steps to contact you using the personal details that You have provided.

2.3 If your supplied contact details are incorrect, A.T. Mushrooms will not be held responsible for not fulfilling your order, nor for being unable to advise you that this is the case.
