Love how it does not taste like mushrooms in my coffee, to me it actually taste like chocolate. Not even my son who absolutely hate mushrooms tasted it in my coffee. It has helped a little with my energy levels but not a huge difference. I bought it to help build my immune system because I work in childcare I have constantly been sick. I have been using it for 2 weeks now.

Great product 1/2 the price of the other companies in Australia. With a little investigation I found the same products on the market are made overseas, which is ok though -they are selling their product at 2 - 3 times more the price of AT Mushrooms. If you want more product, made in Australia produced and packaged in Australia, at a far less expensive price, AT mushroom company are the only way to go. I have trialled the 7 mushroom blend for 3 weeks at a dosage of 2 teaspoons per day for 7 days a week, dosed at 1 teaspoon in coffee in the morning and one teaspoon in tea in the afternoon. * Better mental clarity. * REM sleep (consistant). * More energy throughout the day. I've used tinctured medicinal mushrooms for quite a while and love fresh mushrooms and thought it was time to try some as a beverage. I bought good quality dark cocoa, but was keen to try to mushroom blend alone in my first tasting. It was actually really very ok on its own.. with boiled water and a dash of milk. If I drink it with the very bitter cocoa I add a tiny amount of honey. I can't speak for its qualities yet, aside from flavour, but it is definitely easy to drink and I do anticipate some mushroom calming soon. :)

I have only been taking this product for a week (7mushrooms powder). I am starting slow at 1/2 teaspoon daily mixed in my coffee. The taste is good and I have already noticed an improvement in my chronic fatigue.
