Directions for use
1. In a autoclavable jar/beaker/bottle, mix 20g of Agar Agar Powder into 500ml of boiled water.
2. Add in nutrient mix until fully dissolved.
3.Pressure cook the agar liquid for 30 minutes once it has reached 15 psi.
4. Let the liquid cool inside the pressure cooker for approximately 30 minutes prior to pouring
5. Pour plates in still airbox of in front of a laminar flow hood.
